Excellent room, excellent food but the best of all was the staff. They were incredibly personable, extremely helpful and hardworking and always courteous even when I noticed other guests being unreasonably rude. I generally felt as though I could have just hung out with the staff while they were working. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff here is amazing! Super friendly and always goes above and beyond. The beachfront view is so nice and we really enjoyed the pool on a sunny day (when it was raining, the pool and hottub were way too cold to use). The hottub was also pretty dirty most days so we just put our feet in. The rooms are massive and cleaned daily. We loved all the stray kitties hanging around the hotel, very cute and one even snuck into our room! My only complaint would be the food/menu. While everything we ate tasted good and the alcohol was decently priced, the food was pretty expensive for the quality (minimum $20+ per person). There were cheaper options around the hotel, but room service and late hours were beneficial. Overall a great stay and would book again!

The resort is stunning! Although certain areas were closed for repairs, that did not detract from the overall experience or the beauty, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and one particular staff member, Stefeny Pinnace went above and beyond to make it memorable. Stefeny coordinated with the Housekeeping manager to have balloons, confetti and a towel animal set up in my room. They also had a cake with strawberries on a tray delivered to my room. Stefeny also made reservations for me at San Simon restaurant. From the day I checked in, Stefeny made me feel like I was more than just a guest. You entire staff, from housekeeping to the waiters, bartenders, grounds people were some of the sweetest, polite, professional, most amazing group of employess. I forgot the name of the young man that helped me with my bags the day I checked in, I would also like to recognize him. Let him know I apologize for not recalling his name, I looked for him while I was there to give him a token of appreciation but did not see him. Please relay a heartfelt thank you to your entire staff for making my birthday not only amazing but memorable. I will definitely be back not only to Roatan but to Mayan Pricess Resort specifically. Andi the chef was fantastic and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort staff made us feel special! We were always greeted with a big smile and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be back!
