“We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach……

“Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.”

“Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y……

“The staff was ok we communicated by phone the room was not bad but the pull out bed was not clean. They didn't provide all the necessary linings we did can to talk to the representative they never addressed the issue they had us waiting and then offered a 25 percent discount.”

“House was clean and very nice. The only concern was the neighbors dog waking us up several times at night and the white box in the bedroom by the A/C makes a very loud noise for aprox 30 seconds every so often.”

“The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says……
