"The room was clean but worn looking. We were disappointed at the complimentary breakfast. We always pick hotels with free breakfast because it saves time and money. There was absolutely nothing left to eat at 8:15 (breakfast was til 9:30) The counters were a mess. No coffee. My husband got the last sausage and a piece of bread. There was no one filling anything. Finally I went to the desk and waited. Finally I called on the phone and the person answered said she’d be there. Now we have wasted 20 minutes. A lady finally arrived and started filling coffee cups. Still no food. We did not want to waste anymore time as we were traveling. So we finished packing the car and went to the desk to check out. Again waiting and waiting so I called on the phone and the lady that was stocking cups came over. Apparently they had a lot of teenagers there that wiped out the food. She was the manager. Never offered to take $10 off our bill-no apology. It seems they could have been better prepared adding extra help when they knew they had all these bookings."

"The hotel is very "tired" looking. Dark, depressing and dated. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water all over the top of the vanity, so that caused a few problems. I did notify the hotel and hopefully it will be rectified for the next guest."

"Hot tub was broke, pool is always cold, food is okay. Staff are awesome. Very clean!"

"clean room, but smells old. Breakfast was great. I had to try my door at least three times each time I came back. The key didn't work very well. They knock on your door at 9 to see if you're still there. Check out is 11.00 am"

"A decent hotel for a one night stay. We were there for youth sports. Lobby was well maintained with helpful staff. The room was fine--there was some wear in the furniture and some stains on the bathroom ceiling that we did our best to ignore (always suspect!). Other than that, it did the job at a fair price. There is a lot of retail nearby; plenty of shopping and restaurants."

"My husband and I visited for a weekend staycation. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant, Bistecca, offered delicious food and drinks and stellar service. We look forward to visiting again."
