“I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down.”

“Hotel had a grungy feel. No supplies in room. Pillows were small and square like cushions. Check-in was slow with several technical issues. Breakfast was OK for this price range.u”

“We stayed at Trent’s property as part of my a golf trip for my 50th birthday. The place was perfect for my group of 7 golfers. The place was spacious, clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. While the bunkbeds were more conducive for children, we made the sofa in the sitting room work. He was also great in responding to communications. In fact, we greatly appreciated his proactiveness when we experienced a power blip that disabled the electronic lock. “The hospitality was beyond amazing. The host went above and beyond with fresh flowers, homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies, milk and fresh eggs, and they even had extra toiletries available in case you forgot something. The lake was amazing to take a dip into on the hot day. The bed was comfortable and it was just the most relaxing and peaceful place to stay. There is all kinds of fish in the lake and is perfect for someone that loves fishing. This was just the most amazing spot to recharge and……

“Room was fine but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational during our stay. They were nice enough to discount our stay due to the hot tub being out. ”
