“1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! “Rented it for our HVAC installer and his help for the week. They said it was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Also having a full kitchen was a huge plus and not to mention the nice pool to cool off after working in the heat all day.”

“Breakfast was abysmal. The choices were cold cereal, toast, yogurt, pre-packaged oatmeal and danishes. The orange juice from the machine was horrible. There wasn't even creamer for the coffee. Late check in was after 7pm. They could not find our reservation from Expedia. They were pleasant and friendly. The next morning, our reservation still did not show up. “We stayed at the end of their season. The staff was friendly and fun. The bed was great and it was a one of a kind experience. Thank you Willow (cook) for the dinner, it was delicious. The swimming hole, though cold was so much fun and freeing. The Labyrinth needed some trimming to be more easily utilized. The artist porch was fun.
