The room was not clean, there was hair and dirt on the floor, the bathroom counter was dirty and there was used soap on the sink and in the shower. The bed skirts was disgusting. I was concerned that there was not a deadbolt on the door, there was only one lock so I really didn’t feel safe. When we first arrived and was wiping the room down the housekeeper just walked in and gave us 3 towels. I think she was unaware that the hotel checked us in so I’m pretty sure she was in the middle of getting the room ready. She was apologetic though. The room was outdated. There was no where to sit other than on the beds and the room was very small. But on the plus side the amenities were good. They have multiple pools, right by the beach, food and drinks available, a gym, a wellness spa where you can get massages. They have some sort of entertainment every night. The staff were very nice and accommodating and hospitable. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with adequate time.

I do not like to leave a bad comment for any place, unfortunately on my vacation with my 72 year old mother we had a very bad experience, the first day when we went to eat snacks, the waiter was quite rude, as Mexicans living abroad, we asked we wanted to order a soup to the waiter and he rudely told us that it wasn't soup, that it was pasta, It was probably our mistake, but the waiter's attitude was very rude. and well, we just let it go. In the afternoon at dinner time at the buffet, after approximately 40 minutes, my mother and I were talking and having a drink, the waiter asked us if we could vacate the table because an senior lady needed the table. We felt quite uncomfortable and of course we left, after that, I spoke with a hotel manager who said he was going to follow up. Honestly, I didn't feel satisfied and the next day I spoke directly with the kitchen manager and I told him again about the uncomfortable moment, but he didn't know anything. So apparently they didn't do anything with my first complaint, and so our stay for 5 days was very unpleasant with the bad service. The bathroom was in bad condition, it seemed to have fungus on the wall, I took a picture but I'm not sure if I can show it. In general, I do not recommend this hotel and of course I would never come back.

location was very convenient....staff are over excellent,though they hardly speak English but you can tell how happy they are helping the guest.My only problem was...people are drilling at 11pm at night and you can hear the sound in our bedroom....I came down and let them know....they stop right away.

The property was nice the people were great and very hardworking. However, it was very hot inside and being humid outside it was not a good combination since they don’t have air conditioning installed inside. The food also had its pros and cons. They had a variety of food and during the beginning of our stay it was good. Though after eating the food for a while we all had an upset stomach during our whole trip. One of my family members got sick from eating the sushi and another from the meat of the burgers which were very pink inside even after told to make sure the burger was well done. I’m not sure if it’s because that’s how the food is in Cancun but seriously we had to buy so much Pepto-Bismol.
