Staff and employee service was great. The main pool and the kid's pool area was good. Pool entertainment was good as well. The main inconvenience was the fact that the restaurants and the main lobby area where the bar is were too hot. At least the restaurants should have a better cooling system and they need to be remodeled. Food was ok but nothing exceptional. Drinks were not good. This trip cost me and my family thousands of dollars as a package deal from LA. I believe I overpaid for this vacation.

I had a family vacation here. It was my first time in Cancun. It was not disappointing to stay here. The staff was attentive. The food was delicious. My kids loved the bakery and ice cream restaurant here. The hotel was clean and quiet. I will come back here soon.

The room was very nice. House keeping was great. Morning exercise loved it Andrea was awesome very friendly had nice chat with her. Only thing had a small incident at the swimming pool were someone tried to steel my stuff from beach bed. I was able to recover some of my stuff but loss some. I did let the concierge know. Hope they were able to identify the people. But definitely would come back.

I got food poisoning from this resort. The food is the worst I’ve ever had. Everything tastes like card board. If you are worried about spending your days on the toilet don’t come here. Otherwise everyone was nice and it was very clean

The beach area needs more attention. There is trash and seems like the place is not cleaned on a daily baisis. The employees at front desk seem a bit rude.

This hotel is okie. Most of restaurants, the food was salted or sweet. They list down so much restaurant, but exactly they set up the station. Only one restaurant offer for breakfast, the food was the same every date.
