The beach, pools and dining rooms were lovely. Food and drinks were terrible. Actually comically poor. It became a joke with my party as to how poor the food and quality of drinks were.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very allergen aware and went above and beyond to accommodate. Transportation was pretty much non-existent and what transportation there was, was expensive. Seating around the pool was limited, due to people "reserving" loungers with a towel early in the morning and returning much, much later in the day.

This property in general is hands down amazing! Food choices are amazing, location is amazing, clean rooms, pools, the whole resort! We ran into a cpl servers/workers that had horrible customer service but the good ones made up for it, especially Damian (outside bar) Alejandro (server) and Edgar and the lady that works during the day at the ice cream/ cafe place, they were hands down amazing people and we had a blast! Money well spent and definitely going to go back! The only biggest problem we had is if you are a smoker they say there are designated smoking areas and that is a complete lie, after your their they tell you that you have to go completely off property but yet they sell cigarettes and vapes in the resort but tell you that you cant smoke them. So there is some false advertising for sure, first time in mexico and that was partly why we pucked this place because they said designated smoking areas, but if your not a smoker the place is hands down awesome!

We liked the hospitality of the staff members. Specially of Erika who went above and beyond when she was either helping at the pool bar or at breakfast or at the cabanas. It was a the worst experience we ever had from traveling with family. Check in the frunt desk person was extremely horrible. Some of the restaurants the servers treated us so nasty! I would never return to this hotel not even for free. My daughter graduating in a few weeks to go off to college & she is so disappointed with the way we were treated.🙂‍↕️

We enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor spaces are beautiful! The adult pool is a nice addition. We had a swim up room and we were too close to the walk way and it wasn't as private as we would have liked, but liked having the convenience of our own pool. We did not like being stopped upon arrival and asked to go to a presentation for a vacation club/time share opportunity.

Great all inclusive place. Room was great with an awesome view. Wifi not so good from our room. Needs more English spoken tv channels. Drinks included awesome! Awesome people A to of them super nice and attentive. Will come again!

The hotel was nice. I would say when booking through Expedia and this hotel, in Expedia it said only breakfast was included. But once arriving they told us everything was included. So that was a big confusing, other than that the stay was great.

Amazing service, quiet and beautiful resort, and kind and helpful workers, chefs, and waiters! I was tipping way more here than the US because of how great it was. The food was delicious, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the employees were caring. I got the beach front jacuzzi rooms and it is sooo convenient for the beach and pools and restaurants. Alcohol was delicious and strong! Thank you for an easy and amazing vacation <3
