“We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the stay was okay, and the staff did move us to another room after an incident, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom in the king bed room was extremely small. While my partner was showering, the glass shower door suddenly fell off completely. Thankfully he caught it before it hit him, because it could have seriously injured someone. After that happened, we were moved to another room with a……

“We commute for work and this place is perfect for the price and the location. We’ve stayed here before and never had complaints, everything has been great! Except for this time around, unfortunately. The room next to us was making noise all night, it sounded like music/tv and talking loudly. Apparently there were others complaining as well, but nothing was done. Working a full shift sleep deprived is never fun. If this continues to happen, we might have to find another place to stay.……

“The beds were comfortable, the elevator was out of order, the key cards wouldn't work 3 trips up and down the stairs before we got cards that worked, the bathroom door did NOT latch, the pull out couch in one of the rooms was NASTY and busted. The sheets had not been changed, the sheet had a hole, there was dirt, crumbs, and hair the foot of the pull out was repaired previously with zip ties that had decided to let go”
