“I had a Bad experience with one of the bartenders, I was there for my birthday and my wife and I spent the whole day at Universal and we were tired we got to the Hotel like 10pm to do our check in. The receptionist did a very mediocre job, she wasn't mean or anything like that but I had to ask her like basic questions after she gave me the keys like , where is the elevator or even I had to ask her about my room number wich I think they should tell you that. Anyway that really didn't bother me……

“The waffle (FREE) breakfast is the newest thing we took advantage of. We’ve stayed here countless times and use is as one of our staycation spot. Use the hotel pool and hot tub, order room service, and quite a nice happy hour/nightlife at The Arena. I like that it’s a hotel with character and while older, doesn’t look like all the chain hotels.”

“room was great very nice bed and lining, breakfast was good. the only issue 10 bucks parking over night, its not a major city in our 3 months tour this is the only place that charged us for parking besides SF. Also al the parking near the front of the hotel is faker parking or for electric car helloo not every one drives an EV ”

“We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the stay was okay, and the staff did move us to another room after an incident, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom in the king bed room was extremely small. While my partner was showering, the glass shower door suddenly fell off completely. Thankfully he caught it before it hit him, because it could have seriously injured someone.
