"The location was perfect, very close to the ocean and walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. I loved that there was a designated parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond."

"Very convenient location if you want to walk and explore Capitola. It was a 2 minute walk from downtown and 3-4 minutes to the beach. Over night parking (for 2nd vehicle) at Village was a short 5 minute walk past the police station / Capitola Museum. The home is located so close to the beach that we could hear the waves and seagulls in the mornings. Great, convenient and nice place to stay! Would definitely book again. "
