“I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. “Definitely in a busy location, was overwhelming to find the property initially but once we found a parking garage and were able to walk to the doorway- the rest was a breeze. Very easy check in process. Some good restaurants below just like I said above, very busy and lots of garbage. We had kids with us and would have liked to use the outdoor space across the street. “Amazing stay, traveled with a family of 5 and booked the luxury suite there was more than enough space to accommodate a large family. The room came with a 2-4 person hot tub as well as a sauna not to mention a large indoor outdoor space to relax and enjoy those amenities. Parking was a breeze and free of charge. Location was tucked away in a safe location. Only 10-15 min from attractions, shopping and airport.”
