“I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be……

I even got a little take away homemade jam and a recipe. On my first morning Fabrizio gave me map of Napoli and explained all the areas to visit. I highly recommend Magma Home.”

“Amazing stay, traveled with a family of 5 and booked the luxury suite there was more than enough space to accommodate a large family. The room came with a 2-4 person hot tub as well as a sauna not to mention a large indoor outdoor space to relax and enjoy those amenities. Parking was a breeze and free of charge. Location was tucked away in a safe location. Only 10-15 min from attractions, shopping and airport.”

“Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !”

“Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.”

“El departamento es cómodo y grande, bien equipado, en una zona característica de Napoli, a unas diez cuadras de la estación central de la ciudad. Bien ubicado para salir a recorrer el centro histórico y, un poco más alejado del barrio español y el puerto. Sin embargo se puede ir caminando sin ningún problema.”

“Esperienza non delle migliori. Posizione difficile da raggiungere se non tramite la macchina. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio del bb abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo che era necessario prenotare, nonostante avessimo chiamato due volte per sapere se ci fossero posti disponibili. Infine la stanza, tutto ok se non fosse per l'aria condizionata che mandava aria dal cattivo odore. Inoltre il bb si trova in una zona dove passano spesso aerei a bassa quota per via dell'aeroporto, quindi è impossibile……

It had all I usually miss in other hotels: plenty and good lighting in the bathroom (frontal and not from the top), enough hooks for all the towels and wardrobe, power sockets for phone chargers (incl. integrated USB and USB-C sockets by the night stands). Agnese was super lovely, took the time to explain everything and give us some tips for the city.
