“Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent room and bed!!!”

“I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 p.m. yesterday to check in. There were plenty of vacant spaces in the outdoor parking lot, yet the on-duty morning manager greeted us with a surly, extremely unfriendly attitude. When he learned we needed to park our car, he insisted we use the underground parking garage instead. I clearly told him the underground area was rather narrow and I was not a confident driver, but he brushed off my concerns and claimed it would be no problem, forcing me to park……

“Stayed for about 3 weeks. Great location, comfortable suites. House keeping lady Ingrid was super nice and considerate. She did great job.”

“The location of Arlo is perfect, easy to access Rogers Centre and all the famous spots along the river. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi and the continental breakfast. In addition, the staffs (Jessica and Dennis) are nice and helpful.”

“Location is fantastic - tucked a few doors away from the bars and restos on Elgin. Just a short stroll to all of the sites and the canal. The Inn is an old home there can be a lot of noise transfer from other rooms but better than the street noise at some of the hotels closer to Spark St......the 3rd floor is a bit of a climb up the stairs if that is an issue for you. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Breakfast was a great bonus for a few bucks. Super friendly staff.”
