“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

We booked at 8 pm and though they didn’t have a person present , their check in process was very easy and there were many numbers provided we could reach . The hotel is a zen of tranquility with all of the essentials . It’s conveniently located near major tourist attractions . I appreciated the front desk personnel I spoke to on the next day .
