“Brand. New carpet smell. Excellent coffee machine in the lobby. Right near Petoskey State Park & Beach”

“Parking was very easy as was check-in. The only thing to add that would be more information on code to get into doors. The code was good but it lacked info on using special caricatures i.e # and lock and unlock on the upstairs. The room was great!”

“This was a very nice updated room. The, Pine, rooms are old refurbished rooms in one of the older buildings. It may not have had all the upscale hotel stuff, but it has everything you need, clean comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. One of my pet peeves is the lighting in “all” hotel bathrooms. Otherwise… All good!!”

“The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)”

“Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well.”

“The continental breakfast was weak. If they would add maybe some microwavable ess bowls / omlettes it would be a 3.9 breakfast. The building breakfast is in was hot and the coffee was not strong enough.”
