"Most of the stay was fine other than a few things: There was an issue with the door to our room locking. The staff showed us how to lift up on the door in order for the lock to engage. The room did not have enough washcloths on the first night. We asked for more and we were only provided with towels and bath towels. On Saturday night, my husband asked for more wash cloths and the young lady at the front desk asked why did he need so many. As much as we paid for the stay, this should not have been a question as we shower twice a day which is not unusual. The toilet did not have a strong flush and became stopped up (it could have been due to the real soft tissue paper that they provided). The lady at the front desk Saturday night asked if someone had flushed a towel or something down there in which my husband replied that there was only two adults in the room and we know not to flush anything down the toilet that does not belong in there. She attempted to plunge the toilet and it overflowed. My husband had to use our previously used towels to stop the nasty water from getting on the carpet outside the bathroom. She said that she was sorry because she had never plunged before. My husband ended up unplugging the clog in the toilet. The room had only been cleaned once since our arrival on Thursday 4/30/26 and our departure of 5/4/26."

"Great experience - old house so as expected on bathrooms etc. the back to back units share an AC which was in our unit so I was fine with it. If I had been in the other unit I wouldn’t have been so thrilled about that haha. Super cute town and this was right in the middle of it all"

"The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!"
