“This accommodation is positioned outside of town in a local neighborhood. While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. The guesthouse features a relatively small number of rooms each with individual external access. The rooms open to a central courtyard with external seating outside of most of them. Guests have access to a small cozy dining area open 24/7 that features coffee/tea, small library of books……

“Good clean place to stay with a great rate”

“This property treated my husband and me terribly in the midst of a family emergency. Our daughter (who is 11) was at camp in Jemez Springs and my husband and I decided to take a trip to Taos while she was at camp. One night into our three night stay, our daughter had to be evacuated from her camp due to wildfires. It was absolutely terrifying. I tried to quickly explain to staff what had happened and they told me that they would not cancel our remaining reservation and our daughter would……

“The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!”

“Right next to lift 1 at the base, where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Comfortable room with full kitchen. Just what I was looking for, a quiet, cool place to escape the heat and do some hiking. If you’ve never done it, Williams Lake is my favorite hike in New Mexico. Prior to July 4 (and maybe after) the restaurants at the ski area are only open Th-Sun. So if you don’t bring food, you have to drive back to Taos.”
