“Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. “We recently stayed at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, and we truly appreciated the staff addressing our initial room concern by upgrading us to a much larger room with a king bed. The spa experience was also excellent — one of the highlights of our stay. However, our experience after the spa at the rooftop pool fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel at this……

The staff was incredibly nice and to top it all of, the hotel could not be located in a better area. It’s close by to everything and all the magical Cartagena places are within walking distance. 10/10”
