“The staff was extremely courteous. The only drawback was that this hotel functions more like a bed and breakfast -- many functions are managed by a larger facility down the street. Again, the staff is great, but there is sometimes a delay while they have to check with someone in the other hotel for special requests or financial matters. ”

“The room was a great size, clean and with a good minibar and bathroom. The linen was great too. The issue with the tv with no signal was resolved within an hour, the air conditioning was a little noisy but worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and proactive. The massage was incredible. , Brandon stood out with his "can do" friendly demeanour. I would definitely book again if we came to Cartegana.”
