"The only window in our room faced the hallway of the hotel. I was very unhappy about this. I intensely dislike rooms without windows. I asked every day if I could move to another room. I made it clear that I was willing to pay more in order to have a window. The hotel was obviously not full, but they refused to let me move to a different room. I would never stay there again. The cleaning staff skipped our room entirely one day and on other days failed to replace the wet and dirty towels. "

"We stayed a few days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a great location and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area — it has a wonderful vibe and the music playlist there was fantastic, creating a great atmosphere. Compliments to whoever selected the music! The only small inconvenience was that there were only about 6 or 7 seats available by the pool, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it."
