“The staff was extremely courteous. The only drawback was that this hotel functions more like a bed and breakfast -- many functions are managed by a larger facility down the street. Again, the staff is great, but there is sometimes a delay while they have to check with someone in the other hotel for special requests or financial matters. ”
“It was a beautiful historic house in the old city of Cartagena. Close to the walls and most of the old city attractions. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. They customized things based on individual requests. They even did the laundry for us giving back the cloths folded. Definitely recommend staying there.”

“I stayed here for about 4 nights. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was cool and clean and in 4 star shape. I booked a terrace suite which was on the first floor and had a patio, not a terrace. This would be my only complaint. The room itself was insulated and quiet throughout the night. Daily breakfast was very good, menu based, and not a buffet (which I hate).”

“Great location! At the time of our stay, 2 days put of the 3 night, water stopped working every afternoon. It was only when a new guest checked in and made a big deal, when the owner decided to purchase water. This is not entirely the hotels fault, there’s an issue with water supply in the area. Solution should have been made at the beginning of the incident. Overall, it was a decent accommodation, perfect location, walkable, safe and I don’t mind staying again.”
“Lovely boutique hotel, only five rooms so you have an intimate atmosphere. The rooftop is a wonderful lounge area and you have it to yourself usually. Staff is very responsive. The wifi occassionally drops”
