“I had a LOVELY stay at Hotel Casa La Mantilla by Faranda Boutique. The staff was friendly and inviting and helped me with my bags to my room due to there not being an elevator (if you cannot easily walk up stairs you may want to reconsider staying here). As soon as I arrived I enjoyed the quaint pool surrounded by tropical plants...super refreshing in the Cartagena heat! My room had a queen bed and a balcony facing the street. The room was clean, modern, and inviting. The sink and shower……

“Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room.
