“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Apartment was a good size. NO air conditioning but temperature was fine in mid September. Owner refused to give us more than a few rolls of toilet paper which led to us rationing…”

“Wonderful location, a lovely view and a warm welcome. But! Let's be honest! The rooms are small, poor sound proofing and any hotel charging €100+ per night should provide a proper bed! Not a metal bed frame (almost a camp bed) with a thin low quality mattress! After the first night of an uncomfortable sleep Reception said they would put 'another mattress topper' on the bed. They use a duvet, which is not a 'mattress topper'. On top of this there are 2 paper cups as the only drinking vessels……

“The property is beautiful and located in a great area of the town of Ligure. Easy walk to town, shops, restaurants and shopping. The town is wonderful and our favorite coastal town from our 6wks of travel. Unfortunately, you cannot escape the sound of traffic at all hours of the day, especially the Vespas and motorcycles. The Staff was very nice and helpful when asked. Denise and Gabriel were genuinely excellent! They helped make our dinning experiences great each time we chose to eat at the……

“Die Lage von dem Hotel ist super und die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, die Liegen sind extrem bequem. Wir fanden die Kosten sehr intransparent. U.a., dass man für eine Stunde Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs pro Person eine hohe Gebühr zahlen muss, fanden wir inakzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Vor allem weil es nicht ersichtlich ist, dass man hierfür extra zahlen muss. Achtung bei den Parkgebühren, die sind sehr teuer. Beim Frühstück muss man z.B. für Pancakes extra zahlen.
