"Property was overall good. Clean and comfortable. A few small tweaks would make all the difference - shower drain was clogged, a clean dish cloth, decent towels, an iron and ironing board, some glasses."

"Double booked us. Were unable to process refund in time to make alternate accommodation. Last minute bookings much more expensive than budgeted for. Not even an apology. Hotels.com just as much to blame for not being helpful"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "
