From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure both our check in and parking was completed swiftly and pleasantly. Whilst dining, staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and situated in walkable distance from the city and main attractions.

We loved our stay ay No 15 by Guesthouse in Bath. The location was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in the coach house, which was fantastic. The spa experience, food and location were all excellent. A fantastic base to walk around a wonderful city. I can’t recommend highly enough.

A very pleasant stay

Number 15 was a nice little spot with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds and some nice amenities. We had coffee and cocktails at the bar and both were very good. It was easy walking distance into downtown Bath. The downside was limited street parking that had restricted times and there was only a small amount of on-site parking that you had to book in advance, but we weren’t told about it when we booked.

An amazing long weekend stay!

We had the most amazing stay at No.15! The staff were so helpful and accommodating and the check in process was seamless! Highly recommend the Coach House rooms! It was a great and beautiful location and everything was in walking distance too.

The accomdation is set just outside of the town centre in a lovely Edwardian Building with lots of character and charm. The room was immaculate and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Could not fault the place.

Lovely central hotel

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was a really high quality and the sweet shop outside our room was a lovely touch. However I was a little disappointed with the size of our room and unfortunately the bathroom had a really strong smell of drains, although staff were really quick to try and sort this. We really enjoyed our stay but I do think the prices of the rooms are a little high.

Gorgeous hotel, with quirky but classy decor. Comfortable and large room, that was perfect other than lacking a full size mirror. Spa was pleasant, with the quirky theme continuing… Great stay in a great location.
