“There's nothing wrong with the place, but everything about this listing was over-sold and under-delivered. It listed two single beds that were actually cots. The listed parking is a public pay garage blocks away. Same with the "terrace view" that is a public terrace in an attached building. ”

“It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues.”

“Hear everything from the rental in same building. Strong musty smell downstairs being masked by air freshener. Could use a deep cleaning and some painting of baseboards. ”

“Great location and easy check-in process, but you have to pay for an early check-in whereas most places will usually agree to that without extra payment. However, the apartment needs a deep clean, and it would have been nice to have more than 2 washcloths/towels for a 2 night stay. Had to go buy laundry detergent to wash for the next day. Can be a little noisy at night from the street and as people walk through the building. The price is not worth staying here.”
