Unfortunately, none of the pools were open, even though we paid a resort fee for use. Rooms and hotel common areas need a face lift. Refrigerator in the toom had to be replaced but maintenance was quick to respond.

Everything was great except for crossing from a garage into the hotel. The crosswalk on level 2 doesn’t connect to another elevator so when you have baggage you have to cross on the street level. Why build a crosswalk if people can’t really use it. Escalators and stairs with bags are not my idea of fun.
