"We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!"

"This property is a cozy beach cottage located just steps from a beach! The cottage sits behind the owner’s home. The parking area and roads are dirt/ sand. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage uses a padlock and key, so it was left unlocked for us for check-in. "My sister and I had an amazing week at the Cape Cod Dune Cottage. The views were incredible including seeing whales and various sea birds. Two of the bedrooms had ocean views and all the beds were comfy. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed! It was a 1 minute walk down a path to the beach. "Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. "We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks...

"The hotel itself is very Pritty. The bathroom shower could be a little bit more updated to match the overall look. The pool with the hot tub was relaxing! The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! The view of the water was partial which was good:) also, the hotel is in down town Plymouth so everything is walkable! Which is an added plus to all the resteraunts and shops! The hotel is dog friendly which adds to the friendliness of the entire experience! "
