“Great Place close to Vanderbilt Hospital. We were there for my daughter's Heart Transplant.”

“The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them “letting management know”. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party……

“The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.”

“Great location, house was perfect with lots of space and the garage was really great with the wet weather. Walked to Vandy and being walkable distance to restaurants and bars was perfect. Really appreciated the communication and clear instructions. ”
