"The air conditioning was effective and loud in a good way that made it easy to sleep. There was not a coffee maker in the room but the coffee in the lobby was good. We recommend trying the yogurt from the dispenser at breakfast and adding frozen blueberries and sliced almonds from the toppings section. Next to the bagels you will find paper plates. The coffee is very hot. Think lava. If you must carry coffee and food back to your room for yourself and a companion, select a paper plate and place your coffees and food selections on the plate like a tray. The shower doors in the bathroom both slide back and forth. I like this. I do not like the bathrooms where there's no shower door, only half of a fixed glass wall. 11/10 would stay here again. "

"To be honest, I was disappointed. Normally Hyatts have high expectations. This hotel is in bad need of a Reno. The carpets throughout are disgusting. The elevator even has carpet, but it is worn down and so dirty it’s sticky. Front desk guy: Chad - fabulous… recommended restaurants and also told us if you’re going to the Opry to park at the mall so they don’t charge you $26 to park. Great tip! Breakfast was disappointing. Out of cream for coffee. No meat of any kind. Some hard boiled eggs and soggy French toast sticks - only sugar free syrup. Not what we were told it was going to be- sausage, bacon and biscuits and gravy were nowhere to be found. The sofa in our room was filthy with big stains throughout. Carpet in the room was gross. Shower curtain didn’t fit. Overall just not the nice high quality we are used to from a Hyatt property. "

"We couldn’t understand the counter person. Homeless people all over the property even inside the lobby. I was scared the whole time. Room needed a good deep cleaning and smelled like mildew or mold. Very unsafe hotel especially if you have children "
