“The room was clean and everything we could have expected. The ac was wonderful and we had a great stay!”

“The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

“Air conditioning unit in the room did not cool. The room was 88 degrees upon our arrival. After turning the air on and dropping it to the lowest 60 degrees and fan on high the room only ever cooled a few degrees during our entire stay. The pool was closed due to claimed maintenance. The sprinkler system supposedly caused the fire alarm to go off around 10:50pm. Everyone had to vacate the property and wait until the fire department cleared the hotel. The property wasn’t cleared until 12:30am ish……

“The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor. The third floor seemed like walking into a different hotel. The room……

“This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying……
