"This hotel is beautiful had a great view! First time going up. Very easy to walk up to other casinos. Very clean!"

"The staff were all friendly and courteous and helpful when asked anything. The room was clean, but Hampton is converting to "Sparks" name and will provide fewer amenities including a continental breakfast instead of the full Hampton Inn hot breakfast. One major disappointment in the room was no closets or dresser drawers. They had shelves (not enough) along the wall where you could place your clothes. The floors are not carpeted. I'll probably look to stay somewhere else on my next trip to Denver. For this trip, the breakfast was hot and tasty included hot foods and cold cereals and fruits, toast, bagels, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, etc... better than average I would say. Duding our stay one of the two elevators was broken so it made it a longer wait at breakfast times. Parking was adequate, but there were only 4 handicapped slots and that was OK, but not all cars there showed handicapped placard. I'm not sure this is policed enough. I'll probably look to stay somewhere else on my next trip to Denver."

"Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Beautiful location, proximity to Red Rocks (and a shuttle to get to the concert), wonderful rooms, excellent restaurant. Everyone was terrific! Will definitely stay again!"

"When we first walked into our room it smelt like dirty diapers. We noticed that even with the air conditioning on, someone had left the window open.. I am assuming to help get rid of the smell. We arrived very late, as we had driven 13 hours, so we went to grab something to eat hoping by the time we got back the smell would be gone. Sadly by the time we got back, the smell was still there and staff was not available. The air conditioning unit made a rattling sound all night. The unit otherwise was very clean. Sadly when we left the next day there was no staff available for us to bring to their attention about the smell or the air conditioning unit. It was just a drop box for our room key."

"A lovely place that captures the charm of Colorado with southwestern accents. Rooms are nice, spacious, and amenities are good. Staff is helpful and there is lots to do in Golden. Good restaurants and awesome coffee. Try Red Silo and Higher Grounds, both easy walking distance. Tim"

"Lovely hotel friendly front of house staff but waitresses on the casino floor were very sparse and when you asked for a drink they were very unfriendly and quite rude and never came back with your drink.. the Lodge Casino across the road was so much nicer"
