"The hotel is new and very nice. Unfortunately, we were forced to vacate our room due to a gassy smell eminating from the bathroom sink. The gas filled the room and caused us light-headedness. The front desk was able to move us to the only available room. Then, we moved to yet another room for our second night. No comps were given for our distress or inconveniences. "The pool heater was broken when we first arrived but it was fixed a day later. Check in was a bit rough, desk clerk couldn’t find our bonvoy number so we were hassling about how we would get wifi since we didn’t have our number on us. He made it stressful and didn’t seem to want to help us find it. And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this. "

"Restaurants were very expensive with below average food. Because of a week day visit many restaurants and attractions were closed. We won a free dinner at Ballys only to find the restaurant was closed. Doubtful we'll ever return. "
