“The a/c in the hotel room stopped working on the first night I was there and the staff said a maintenance person would come by and they never did. I had to call them back and they brought a really loud fan. Maintenance was supposed to come the next day and never did. I still had two days to this day and it was extremely hot.”

“We tried to check in at 4:00pm and there was no one in the office to check in. Several young employees were walking back and fourth trying to clean the rooms. This was our 40th Anniversary we were looking forward to this small get away. There was about 6 people also waiting out front to check in. The restaurant was closed also .
