I had a problem while checking in, o was told by the staff that I needed to pay but I had already paid through Orbitz. In the end I refused to pay again and the staff was helpful, I just had to send an email of my receipt to their email. Overall I think it's one of the nicest hostels I've stayed ...
I like the location It is conveniently located so I like the location
Close to town. Clean room. Beds could be more comfortable. Maybe some new mattresses need to be purchased. A/c was good and cold. Water pressure in shower was good. Only negative is they went up on their rates from $40 to $50. Makes a difference if you’re staying awhile.

Perfect location in Cozumel. Parking for my scooter was only a very short walk away. Down by the OXO. Everything within walking distance. Town square just a block away. Staff very friendly. Live music just a block away at Woodies every night.
Always wonderful. Within walking distance to all of my favorite places. Great kitchen area, pool and rooftop! And very accommodating and friendly staff.

It had a kitchen, which I did not need but is a good feature for the price. It even had the fancy soap and a safe in the room. There was no view ...
