“The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all requests such as restocking breakfast area, providing extra towels, etc. The weekends can be busy (a family reunion was on town when I visited), and the staff (Andee, Alice, and Ethel) were always kind and professional.”

“Air conditioning had issues even after being serviced but got moved to another room with good AC. Room could be cleaner especially under the beds. Overall, good hotel, strategically located, good parking and satisfactory for price.”

The breakfast was horrible. The spoon to scope the eggs were dirty the same spoon with the dryed eggs was in the spoon rack for thr two day stay.The eggs smelled rotten. The sausage was days old. I checked in a room and smelled the odor and asked to change rooms due to the smell and the second room was just as bad. The……

“Good across the board. Very humid area & time of year, so the dehumidifier came in handy!”

“Check-in was fine, and 1 person working was kind. The room was filthy. Mold on the floor in more than 1 area. Advertised that I had a choice of Queen or Double beds. I paid more for Queen beds. At the front desk, my husband was told they do not have Queen beds there at all. My son has horrible allergies and was triggered staying there and was up all night. We should have left, but we had an event to attend right after check-in, so we left so quickly. Tried calling them to take care of……
