Beautiful Home and Great Location
This is a beautiful apartment with convenience to all of downtown Charleston. We did not have any issues with wifi or water pressure. There was a little construction during the day, but at night, was just normal downtown noise, and there was a sound machine in the bedrooms if you needed it. The outdoor space is cozy and comfortable and a great place to unwind. We would definitely stay again.

Girls trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston! The apartment was in the perfect location on Kings street which allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment was beautifully decorated, cozy and great space for us (2 girls). We would definitely love to stay again!

Nice place, but a bit irritating.
Great fun location but a bit tired. No water pressure at bathroom sinks and kitchen. Security gates were not working during most of the visit. Limited dishes and cutlery had us washing to make due. WiFi was also an issue. Rug , accent pillows, couch fabric just looked over used and in need of deep cleaning. Sorry, I just need yo be honest

I liked the place, but, TV was terrible and the internet was terrible. Couldn't get local stations on TV and they could talk on TV very because of internet .Went out had fun and came back to problems.

Charleston getaway
Great spot! The place was nice and beds were comfy. The shower was awesome! Rooftop deck was fun to hang out and have a cocktail and listen to the sounds of the city. Side note - the kitchen was missing some silverware (there was one spoon) and the ice maker struggled to make ice quickly. Good counter space for a quick lunch before heading out to explore. Overall great visit! Would definitely come back

Awesome Stay!
Just the best place! Great location, Comfy beds, great decor. Felt so at home. Walk down the street to Hall’s Steak house. Best food we had in Charleston. They own others too.. check out SNOB and High Cotton. Great food at all. Take a carraige ride for sure. All in walking distance. We will definitely come back to stay.

We loved our stay at 563 King Street. Amazing location (close to restaurants and shopping), great parking, responsive management and very updated and comfortable amenities. The beds were very comfortable and linens very clean and fresh. Surface cleaning was great but looking closely, a deep cleaning was somewhat needed. Our only criticisms would be that the back gate was never latched and locked when we came in or out. Not sure if that's an issue with how the gate worked or if people were not paying attention to how it closed. Also, the outdoor area in pictures looked like a fun place to sit and hang out and have a drink but when you get up close, the cushions are somewhat mildewed and disheveled and it just didn't look like a place you'd want to curl up and have a glass of wine. Could really use a little more cleaning and attention out there. All in all though, a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.

Location is not to be beat. Within walking distance of shopping, eating, drinking and site seeing. Beautiful accommodations. 100% would recommend for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Charleston Night Life!

Great place to see stay!
Lovely unit. Just as pictured. Very comfortable and we loved the big deck to sit outside to read. It was a little loud on Friday night from the neighboring bars, but we used our own white noise app and slept well. Only things I would add would be more wine glasses (there were only two) and salt and pepper to in the kitchen. The included organic coffee was very nice!

Very nice place
The apartment was gorgeous and just as pictured. It's a little bit far up King Street from a lot of the attractions, but it was good to get a lot of exercise walking back and forth. We did have an issue with the TVs. None of them were working, and we called the management about it and a nice gentleman came right over to try to fix it. However, it seems that the owner didn't pay the cable bill so there was nothing that could be done. It couldn't be fixed during our stay, unfortunately. Not a huge deal since we could log into Netflix on the TVs, but it's always concerning when the people who own the unit are not the same people that manage the rentals... it creates a lack of accountability. I think I saw a review of another unit in this building where someone had the same issue with TVs. So if TV is important to you, I would say skip it but if that's not an issue and you don't mind walking a lot, this is a very nice place to stay.
