Perfect home base
This was a perfect way to start and end each day in Charleston. Location—directly above an incredible bagel shop with great coffee! Yes, the bagel shop’s door is noisy, and in fact all the noises Charleston has to offer are easily heard from inside the apartment—historic buildings can be like that. The noise wasn’t a problem for us because we use noise makers to sleep anyway. They are provided for you by the condo as well! The beds were comfy enough, not the greatest, but definitely not the worst. Clean linens, towels, and kitchen tools. It’s a nice little apartment with two layers of security…a street side keypad lock, and an upstairs keypad lock. We felt very secure. If I was going to visit Charleston again, I’d make this my home base again and again. Perfect dedicated parking spot across the street in the church parking lot.

Very easy & helpful check in/out process, great parking and perfect area to walk around for food, drinks and shopping. Lovely place to stay - clean & cute. Will definitely stay again when back visiting Charleston!

Comfortable beds - great towels - nice clean space.
There is a bagel shop below, and when their door closes as customers come and go, the whole building shakes. We didn't hear it the first day because they were closed that day. We believe a simple adjustment on the door hinge would take care of this issue. Other than this the place was great. I appreciate the way it was designed and could tell some thought and expense had gone into the design. Thank you!

Great location for visiting downtown Charleston
The apartment is clean and handy to nearby restaurants and a free shuttle stop. The only irritation is that the bagel shop downstairs doesn't have a working closer on its front door, so the door bangs from 7am on when it's open and echoes through the apartment. The bagels and coffee however are delicious! Please get them to fix their door!

Great location for a walkable trip to Charleston!
Cute little 2 bedroom apartment above this adorable (and delicious) bagel shop, just two blocks from King. Pretty comfortable and the right amount of space for two travelers (although it sleeps more). The host is very communicative and helpful. We had an a/c problem that they had fixed the same afternoon. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and coffee!! Downside, the road noise is pretty loud and the unit is next to another unit that shares a stair case which we found to both be fairly disruptive at night.

We just stayed over night, but it was a good location with lots of places within walking distance. The unit was well stocked. The TV in the bedroom to the right of the bathroom didn't work but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Loved the bagel shop downstairs for breakfast!
