I like this hotel, absolutely center of downtown Chicago Loop. Many bars, restaurants, tourist activities & my favorite..The Chicago Art Institute. Good public transportation via taxi, bus or commuter trains. Go ahead and enjoy the Windy City !!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The ladie at check in (wish I remembered her name) was very sweet and funny. Getting the breakfast with your room is well worth it, full breakfast and good portions. Rooms where comfortable, not small and clean The location was perfect, close to everything.

Yesica was so much fun to talk to! And the older woman at front desk, who I unfortunately did not get her name, was so sweet and kind and funny, she was our favorite too! Room was exactly what we needed for our stay, somewhere to sleep and get ready to take on our adventures in Chicago :) great location and walking distance to so many spots! Thank you!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the towels were thick and fluffy. The handheld shower head was very nice and although I didn't use the items, a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser was available. Also there was a fridge and microwave. The location was great and I would stay there again. Walkable to Navy Pier

Older hotel, but fairly well maintained. I liked the self serve water stations on each floor. The breakfasts were good enough (though the fruit was not very good). The staff was helpful. The elevators were quirky (older) but worked just fine.
