Smelled like smoke. Halls were dirty and bad water pressure. Staff was nice but location felt unsafe. Buses stopped early and were unreliable in the location

Hall carpeting was dirty, outer door stuck when it got humid out, towels were thin. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Liked the view out the back alley, private. Coffee in the lobby was good.

It needs carpet, curtains and bed spread upgrades. There should be more non-smoking rooms. The 2 rooms we rented smelled a little smoke maybe from other rooms. Other. Than that the rooms were good and clean no bugs that was great. I would recommend it the price is right too!

There is Denny's across the street serving great meals for 24 hours, and there is a gas station with the convenience store I can buy snacks. Soda and a bottle water vending machine is installed outside the office, and they serve fresh coffee and black tea in the morning in the office. Each room has a microwave and a refrigerator. Free WiFi of course. Great accommodation for a budget traveler like me.

Overall, I had a great experience. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. However, during my stay, most of the front desk staff were quite impersonal and lacked enthusiasm. It would be nice if they were more involved and happy to be there. That said, I did have a wonderful interaction with one girl at the front desk. She was friendly and went out of her way to help me. She shared some useful tips about the local area and even showed me how to download and use the Parking Heroes app, which made my stay much more convenient. Her exceptional service really stood out and made a positive impact on my experience.
