House developed on three levels with terrace and private garden, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and bathroom connected to the living area. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms covered in Valmalenco stone. Refined style. Stove. Television. On foot at 150 meters you reach the departure of the chairlift for Alpe Palù. The sports center is located 150 meters from the house (basketball, tennis, indoor swimming pool, children's games). Liveable home for several families, group of friends.

Great stay in the alps

This is a great location to explore the alps, Valtellina area, and Lago di Como. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to all our questions. The house is very large and clean. The house is due for some new mattresses but were plenty comfortable after a full day of hiking.

Incredible views in Valmalenco

This beautiful property is the right blend of rustic interiors and modern convenience and was the perfect place to host our outdoor adventures and home cooked dinners for friends. The location is ideal for access to the tram station, and a comfortable walk from the small markets and shops in Chiesa in Valmalenco. Parking was convenient, and communication with Paola could not be easier. We will return again for certain.
