“Location is excellent, it’s near the city center”

Muchas gracias.”

“Location os the best part”

“Room was absolutely tiny, with no seating at all, just a small double bed which was pushed up against one wall, making it impossible to get in or out of bed without climbing over. The shower attachment literally burst off the wall after about 5 seconds when turned on, squirting water out of the shower cubicle onto the floor, causing my 83 year old mother to slip in the bathroom. Staff weren't able to change the room the first night but did move us to a better room the next night after……

“First time here and everything was great! Will be back soon 😊😆👍”

“The room is clean, though the overall size is slightly small.”

“Perfect location ， pleasant journey”

“Lovely hotel lady on the front desk was great so friendly and helpful, lovely room and great night sleep… my lack of stars was post our stay I left my kindle behind on the bed, I notified the hotel as soon as I realised same day as we left and it was nowhere to be found it was brand new so I was very annoyed, I knew exactly where it was just forgot to pop it in my bag as I left and it’s gone a great find I guess but so disappointed the housekeeping didn’t hand it in. Unfortunately for this and……

“The location of hotel is good.”

“Very poor facility and amenities maintenance. Some pieces are damaged and broken. All rooms are noisy as the windows are not double glazed yet it has to be opened for the hotness without ventilation. Smell of weeds all over the lobby and corridors. Drunk and dozed persons around after dark. A nightmare experience”
