"We enjoyed it. Large group of 10 friends. Roomy with a lot of character. Nicely furnished and well maintained. Plenty of dishes! Decorated for the holidays. Heating was difficult maintain heat downstairs. We relied on the gas fireplace. Location was great for the beach and Cape Disappointment State Park. We all would stay again!"

The location was not exactly what we expected but it’s very central and only a short drive to beach. The property manager gave us detailed rental instructions which were very helpful. "Our family of 5 + dog had an amazing time here! The home was very clean and extremely well stocked. It had lots of towels and linens as well as appliances, kitchen tools, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Outside has a nice astroturf lawn, cornhole games, a few BBQ grills, and wash station. We had a courtyard view cabin, which worked great. The pond view seemed like it had a nice view so we will try that next time. "Not close to the beach but a great spot! My only changes would be the couch is terrible to sit or lay on, I know its a pullout but id just do a oversized couch. Second I went to walk around the pond early the second morning to run into a couple homeless guys. My dog did not like that but not sure you can really do much about that! This is me being picky, great spot which will be better once the pool is up..."

"Our stay was good in the rental. Wish there was more seating in the living area. Overall property is great with the amenities. Little sketchy near homeless people in Mill Pond Park—couldn’t walk around. The town of Seaside is very run down, dirty and needs some TLC."

"1st my wife and kids took a hike on the trail around the pond and there was a homeless camp at the end of the trail!! 2nd Our fridge quit working and all my food got spoiled. Over $200 in groceries. I told management and they promised to follow up with me saying they would reimburse us for my losses. They still haven’t reached out 5 days later."

"The home was clean and had a great layout, but there was constant traffic noise throughout the night, screaming from hobos walking by, some late night street racing which woke us up, and lastly, cars parking in the les schwab parking lot blasting music at 2am- I didn’t sleep well for three nights- I wouldn’t ever return— nice buildings, but poor location-"

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
