Only "bad" thing, I saw in the AM during breakfast hours, youner lookim front desk person seemed to be caretaker for keeping up breakfast items. I saw here use her BARE hand to straighten out bagel/ bread area. The later seeing her appear to rub/wipe her nose with back of hand. Sanitart, IMO, NO ! I did mention to day manager the latter who apologized and AGREED. other wise very nice clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay sgaint

We booked this last minute as we were coming through town and needed a place for the night. What a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The room was beautiful, the bed super comfy and there were even a few snacks in the room. We have added it to our places to return to.

Our room was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was just perfect for us

Everything was great. The only concern I had was that it appeared that the bed I slept in had been slept in . The fitted sheet was wrinkled

Definitely not luxurious, but CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Moreover, the owner/manager and his staff were extraordinarily pleasant, considerate, and helpful.

This was a very pleasant surprise. The hallway was quiet, the room was perfect for my family and we were very satisfied.

Staff was great, bedding was excellent. Parking a bit limited but not horrible.

Check in was wonderful. Austin went out of his way to make sure my family had a room after we had been traveling 9 hours in car with kids even thou Expedia messed up. Thank you Austin for being outstanding in customer service.

We had an amazing stay at this beach hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the beach with beautiful ocean views right from our room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Our kid loved the pool and the beach access, and we appreciated the little touches like beach towels, complimentary breakfast, and nearby dining options that made everything...

I loved the location of the resort. The balconies are arranged so they are private & the view is amazing! I will for sure stay there again !!

Mr. Rob at the front desk was very friendly, as was the owner, very nice man. The room was clean, no weird smells, spacious and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked beautifully. (We like to sleep at 68*)The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. There is a sauna as well, but we didn't use it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

I love the way the room was set up. The bed was comfortable. It was a lady in the office when I checked in and a guy when I checked out. They both were very nice. I had forgot my earrings and the guy called to inform me. He had offered to hold them for me. Next time I visit that area, I’ll stay there again!!

Wonderful place to stay in Panama City! The hotel was very clean and up to date . The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent ! The staff were friendly . The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I will definitely stay here again !
