"Great place to stay and great customer service "

"From the posted photos and exterior it looks great. Staff was friendly and welcoming, but when I got off the elevator on my floor, it completely smelled of cigarette smoke now all the doors have no smoking posted, but that still doesn’t stop them got into my first room and as soon as I open the door, it’s still smelled heavy of smoking as well as the fire. Smoke detector was covered up by a plastic bag. Also, the doors on multiple rooms have excessive gaps that you can see under the door into rooms. Went back to reception, which they happily changed my room. But still large gaps, which I shove some towels into as well as put the sofa cushions on the bottom of the door jam just to keep people from peering in. The room in general was fairly clean, but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Carpet shampooing, and a little more attention to detail with housekeeping could help a lot. Breakfast, was satisfactory, there was only yogurt, waffles, three cereals, muffins, and bagels. Apples and bananas. And their microwave was broken broken/out of service, look like it was that way for a while. Overall, I probably would not stay here again. Friendly customer service, but this place definitely needs an overhaul."

"The front desk was wonderful. So very professional ans kind. It was very quiet i didn't expect . It could use some updates. I would stay again just becuse of the front dest check in at night. Morning shift not as nice. "

"Excellent stay!!! Very good hot breakfast with a river view and we saw dolphins!! Right by the bridge so you can walk to downtown which is very beautiful town. This was really awesome stay !!"

"Honestly this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so easy to book and the staff was so friendly! Definitely book here! Breakfast was amazing as well:)"

"Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, bed very comfortable and clean. We were missing coffee pods but we didn’t notice until the morning so we had coffee at breakfast. I don’t care for bathtubs or shower curtains in hotels but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good quality with good options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. "
