“Old fashioned nice room”

“I felt the service at the breakfast area was not up to par on one day, but the other 2 days, it was great.”

“Staff and hotel were great. Location was great.”

“The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund.”

“Charming small Hotel but needs renovations. Construction noise behind the Hotel was bothersome but not associated with the Hotel. Convenient to downtown Mobile. Lovely area. We didn’t know much about Mobile but it is a hidden gem of a city. ”

“I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I……

“The sheets are dirty and itchy when sleeping”

“The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for a refund and left.”

“We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there.”

“Nasty Nasty place dont stay there roach infested we moved the mini fridge abd 50 of them ran out from under layed our heads for few hour a got out of there smh ”
