“The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund.”

“Very disappointed. There was used soap in the bathroom. A huge hole under the facet. I would shower due to the possibility of a bug coming out. All the amenities for coffee yet no coffee pot. Beautiful and historic but I would not recommend.”

“I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I……

“The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for a refund and left.”

“We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there.”
