"We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were informed that our room was not ready. Later, when we checked in, we were told that our room was overbooked. It’s incredibly ridiculous! "

"The hotel was nice from the inside and outside. The staff was welcoming. Check-in was easy since I did the check-in online. The employee at the front desk was welcoming. We got two complimentary drink tickets at check-in for the bar. The rooms were clean. The dining space was big and spacious. It does get busy at breakfast time. They have a pool and a hot tub."

"Room was clean & comfy. WiFi I never was able to get connected. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at this location but this time our room lights kept flickering and wouldn’t stay on consistently. Also, newer and bigger tv screens would be amazing. The ones currently in the rooms are outdated."

"Rooms were clean and generous but bathroom is very small. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is situated under quite a few four lane overpasses making it very convenient but extremely noisy. Basically, the hotel is fine but needs an update."
