“Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……

“My bed is infested with lice. The bites are all over my body.”

“Upon check-in after a long flight from Edmonton, it took over half an hour to get my room. The staff was speaking in a foreign language and I could hardly understand him. He could not understand for the life of him that I had booked a room through Expedia. I showed him email confirmation and a receipt proving I purchased a room on my app and he kept saying it wasn’t booked. After a lengthy phone call with whom ever, he gets me a room finally only to discover a woman with service dogs is already……

“Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. ”

The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!”

“We arrived here late in the around midnight with our toddler and there was massive party in the lobby. The rooms were unkept and extremely small. There was also a smell in the room. This is not a hotel that I would recommend in the future.”
