“The reviews were rated as excellent. The hotel was dated. The ice machine was not working on the floor next to my room. The description stated there was a kitchenette. The microwave was broken. The room had a smell and a request for someone to come in and spray something in the room. The guest towels were stained. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.”

“Superb location and very quiet. We were 5 people and wanted a kitchen so this was it. Kitchen had just basics and less than 500m to a food store. All NYC is expensive and this matched. Enough room for us. The only issue was that the WIFI/internet was really slow”

“there no washer/dryer inside this rental. no stove, no glass dishes for coffee etc. no utensils. The sofa is basically fully worn. but beds were ok,The window ac in living room the doing cool air.one bedroom door knob fell off.window blinds bearly working and dirty.”

“It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.”
