"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not up to my expectations. The toilet had pubic hair before I used it. There was complimentary water bottles provided, but one of them was partially consumed and already open. The linens and towels smelled like kettle corn. It was nice to have two restaurants accessible by the lobby: Ruth’s Chris and McCormick and Schmidt’s. I ended up staying in a different. "

"I never saw housekeeping, even though I put my sign out side the door asking for service. No one ever asked if sheets needed to be changed. All the garbage cans were full when I left. The mattress was not very comfortable at all, seemed very cheap, no support. "

"I paid for a breakfast my first morning as part of the hotel - but when I got there for breakfast, was told I needed a voucher - which I did not get, or have. The toilet could not be flushed without taking off the lid, the thermostat did not work, and the blinds would not shut completely. In general, the hotel as a whole was 'OK' but my room was NOT good. If I can help it, I'll never be back - despite it's convenience of a short drive to the metro station in Greenbelt. The price of the hotel was fine - but I still didn't get the breakfast(s) (I paid for two as my wife was going to also stay, but didn't) I paid for on the 28th"
