"Breakfast had a good selection, felt the person working the breakfast was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people- dining area was not clean, tables not wiped down ready for the next person. Front counter person who checked me in could have been more friendly, felt she was somewhat standoffish because I asked for a room facing the pool which she said she was unable to accommodate which was okay. It was a request not a requirement. Overall good experience, already booked for June."

"The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk agent was absent each time I went to the desk. She was cooking and serving patrons of the snack lounge. There should be someone at the desk to serve customers. One employee per shift is not enough. "

"This reminds me of those cheap ran down motel 6 from back in the day. The first room we had was heavily smoked out my kids complained about it & the shower was broken the water would not turn on just felt nasty. I asked to be moved, I had to downgrade my room because all they had left was a room with 1 bed. There were kids up allllll night sound like they would fall through the floor. My kids even said it was the worst hotel they ever stayed in. All of our encounters with the staff were great. They were sweet & helpful. "

"i had checked in late at night the attendant Kay was very rude the room had bed stains and the heater did not work . the tv also did not work. we were offered to change rooms we changed rooms me and my children were very uncomfortable and itchy my child started to break out i went back down stairs for a refund for my next days and kay rolled her eyes gave me attitude i felt very offended especially since i was the only african american in the office her boyfriend was there and she was even rude to me the whole night i had to wait til the am for a refund and the main attendant was very helpful and understanding gave me a refund with no questions asked "

"me and the kids were more than happy to go to the hotel. it was near the beach near food had ice cream right down stairs pool up stairs that was so fun ! room was clean had 3 beds tv worked ac worked and heat worked. would recommend "
