“The property has amazing potential given location and size of hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice however lacked proper service and better choices. The pool is great but needs extensive cleaning as between tiles has mold causing green marks on my white bathing suit and husbands white shorts. The gym small but had enough equipment to workout. However no wipes to clean weights, mat or machines after use. I found this to be very unsanitary. The room needs proper maintenance as shower had mold……

“Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again.”

“If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
