“Even when both elevators were working my first three days here, ghere was always a long wait for then to descend 18 floors. My fourth snd last day, one of the elevators broke, and you can only imagine what a nightmare it was. The walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room at 11:00 pm, so I changed my room. and in the process, cut my tight thumb and needed medical attention. I cannot recommend this hotel.”

“This is a truly unique hotel, an eclectic mix of art, modern decor and history. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The downsides: the room and hotel in general needs to be cleaner. There was dust on some sofas etc. The rooftop has a nice enough view but the pools are more like a bathtub size. The food at the restaurant Doña Lola was delicious and the hotel is in the heart of lively and artsy neighbourhood of Getsemaní.”
