“I really like this place. It’s quirky and on the third story. But I loved that. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood in Cleveland Heights before. There is a great little commercial area just a few blocks away with fantastic coffee, shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland. “This hotel is marketed as up class and swanky. We were put in a room that was pretty much a humid basement (with a dehumidifier to boot!) right next to the pool and an exit door. Other than hearing the neighboring rooms conversation thanks to the paper thin walls we were accosted by the constant opening and closing of the exit door at all hours. Especially in the early morning by the house keeper and the relentless foot traffic of a wedding. The vibe is cute but it’s an average at best hotel……
