Caught the staff and ‘vendor’ searching through the room. When confronted and asked about the incident of them entering the room for ‘emergency purposes’ they couldn’t elaborate and wanted to see our proof. Then entered the unit to search AGAIN and seen in a live gaming stream. Folks at the bar confirmed they saw people in and out of room and the staff discussing it. When asked why, no answers could be provided or reports submitted they accused us of having pets in the room and unapproved guests. They were willing to change our rooms because of the incidents and bullying but wouldn’t elaborate on why. Creepy behavior, followed up with gas lighting then turned into our fault and the manger was unable to provide any details why. They went through great lengths to hide their behavior. I just wanted a reason why and in providing pictures and information to a fake manager resulted more intrusions by individuals now not associated with the company. Instead of discussing like adults - they ignored us. Other people noted they saw them, we saw them and in retaliation the room was vandalized to fit their narrative. A terrifying experience. They refused to provide a receipt when we left then accused us of harassment.

I'm mainly writing because I'm concerned this hotel is a health hazard after seeing what appeared to be mold in the elevator (or some kind matte of thick dust), and the pungent mildew and stale cigarette odor... among other horrible smells. I noticed the smell in the main entrance of the hotel, but it got progressively worse as I navigated to the elevator, then down the hallway and eventually in my room where it was nauseating. It wasn't just the thick stench, but other things about the hotel room itself were disturbing, like missing wall appliances, etc. After being in the room, I immediately turned around, went downstairs and asked the front desk person if they had any rooms that didn't smell like cigarettes. In reality it wasn't just the room, but the whole hotel... and it wasn't just stale cigarettes... but a combination of odors that were even worse. When the person I asked seemed confused, I knew it was way past time to go, so I asked if I could have a refund and told him I'd find another hotel. He said I would need to contact Expedia to get a refund. I left the hotel and had to find another hotel after midnight, which took quite a while since a couple that I initially tried were booked. This was after driving several hours. It was a horrible experience. On top of that, I contacted Expedia to request a refund. Expedia could not reach Park Manor Hotel and I never received a refund after. Expedia did however give me OneKeyCash to cover what I lost.

The worst hotel we stayed in so far. I don’t know how this hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel. The room is big, but the room was filthy. First we were assigned to a room on the 3rd floor, when we get to the room, the bed is dirty, there are stains and hair on the sheets, the toilet seat cover is broken, there are pink molds in the shower. So we went down to ask the front desk to switch rooms, this time they gave us a room on the 4th floor, we come up, the sheets are still filthy, and there is only one towel in the bathroom. I had to call the front desk to ask them to change the sheets in front of us. Definitely not worth the money we spent on this hotel. We would ask for a refund if we could. We will not come back to this hotel again.

The floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Stepped on a piece of a wine bottle wrapper. Bathtub was very old, chipped and had constant standing water. For the price; not worth it. Just needed to sleep there so was fine.

They short you on face cloths and towels and the door to the room can be pushed open from the hallway. When we called to have it fixed we were told to lock it from the inside. We just shrugged our sholders and hoped no one would try to push open our door while we were out.

We had a 3 day stay for 2 people. They only gave you 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel per day. I had to call for extras each day plus I had to call for a hairdryer and Kleenex for the room. On the second day of our stay they did not bother to clean he room. Complaining to the front desk meant nothing to them. DO NOT stay at this property f you want to get what you pay for.
