“The property was new, very clean with several welcoming features inside and out. The design and layout maximized the space, provided privacy and was perfect for our party of 3 adults. We were in close proximity to a nearby town and the county fairgrounds where an event was being held that we had traveled to attend. There were several restaurants and stores within a reasonable drive. There was a state park nearby.”

“We had a wonderful stay and loved the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The property felt secluded and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, yet it was just a short drive from downtown YS. The pond and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, and the gazebo in the evenings was absolutely beautiful. Inside, the cabin was cozy, clean, with some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone……

“A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out,……
